In my previous role as a junior system engineer, I excelled in supporting users and resolving technical issues. My responsibilities included troubleshooting, setting up programs for new users, imaging laptops, and managing assets such as laptops, peripherals, monitors, and other equipment. I also handled the installation, operation, and maintenance of system software, particularly Active Directory (AD). Additionally, I provided both hardware and software support, often assisting users remotely to ensure smooth operations.
